Physiotherapy in Geneva for pain, injuries and return to activity.
Pain, injury or surgery shouldn't stop you from doing what you love. In each session, we work to understand what's limiting you today and build a plan to help you gradually return to your activities.
Pain doesn't always come from where it appears. The goal is to understand what's limiting you and what can help you move forward.

When pain lingers, there's usually a reason. We look for it together.
Pain doesn't always come from where it appears. That's why the first step is to take the time to understand your situation — your symptoms, your history, what triggers them and above all what you want to get back.
Then we define together what can help you and how to move forward.
My goal isn't to make you dependent on sessions. It's to help you understand your problem and gradually know what to do on your own.

Run again. Work without pain. Carry your children. Or simply get back to a comfortable daily life.
The goal isn't to put you into a programme. It's to help you get back to what you want to be able to do.
I've been a physiotherapist for over 13 years and hold two Masters degrees in physiotherapy. Over the years, I've worked with very different profiles, from patients in rehabilitation to athletes looking to return to their best level.
But what has most influenced the way I work came from a particular encounter.
Discover my backgroundYou tell me what brings you in, what you feel and what you'd like to be able to do again.
I evaluate your movement and the elements that may be contributing to your problem.
We define together what can help you and how to progress gradually.
The practice is a few steps from the Vidollet stop, served by TPG line 5, with direct connections to Cornavin and the Nations district.

The first session is dedicated to understanding your history, your pain and your goals. This time allows us to build a coherent treatment rather than accumulating sessions without direction.
